1983年，哈佛心理学教授霍华德-加德纳（Howard Gardner）提出了著名的多元智能理论：每个人都具有8大智能，其中每一块区域对应一种智能，有优势智能和弱势智能之分。

内容涵盖：音乐智能、动觉智能、语言智能、数理智能、空间智能、自然观察智能、人际智能及内省智能。
